Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear proof, such as photos or videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. This includes serums, face washes, sunscreens, soaps, shampoos, and lip balms once opened.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (such as sending the wrong or damaged product).
